A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and a written quote has been accepted. Dates are not held without a confirmed deposit.
Cancellations made with reasonable notice may be eligible for rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a rescheduled date at our discretion.
Drone filming is subject to airspace regulations, weather conditions, and site permissions. We reserve the right to postpone or decline drone coverage where conditions do not allow for a safe and legal flight, and will not confirm drone coverage for a date until these checks are complete.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at the time of booking. Delivery times may vary based on shoot length, package, and current workload.
Clients receive a licence to use delivered photos and video for personal or business use. Elite Capture Films retains the right to use images and footage for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Outstanding balances are due as specified in your quote. We accept the online and in-person payment methods listed at the time of booking.
While we take every reasonable precaution, Elite Capture Films is not liable for circumstances beyond our control that affect a shoot, including venue restrictions, weather, or equipment failure. In such cases we will work with you on a fair resolution.
Any automated or assisted communication sent on our behalf is reviewed and approved by our team before being sent. We do not send unsolicited bulk marketing messages.
